hl2html is invoked from a Unix shell, with the following syntax:
% hl2html [options] < hotlistfile > htmlfile
hl2html reads a hotlist file from STDIN and outputs an HTML document to
STDOUT.
The following options are available to hl2html:
-dates
-help
sorthl.
-nosort
-strip
-title string
The resulting HTML file has an sorted list of the hotlist titles in a <UL> tag that are
hyperlinks to the URL of the hotlist item. The titles are sorted with
case-insensitivity, and leading "The", "A", or "An" words are ignored during the
sort.
